Canceled Programs
During global situations, UCEAP considers canceling programs on a program-by-program basis based on a rigorous assessment process. Conditions are still fluid and could change. Further programs could still be canceled by the partner university or by UCEAP.
Stay up-to-date on visa issuance, travel restrictions, quarantine in host countries, or other requirements as they could change.
As a reminder, any out-of-pocket costs related to program participation (e.g., visa, airfare, housing, quarantine, health exams) incurred are not refundable by UCEAP should a program be canceled or if a student withdraws.
