UCEAP Global Scholarship Fund
Your gift to support student scholarships and programs will help ensure our most deserving students have access to the transformational power of a study abroad experience. Gifts to this fund provide scholarship to qualified students based on need and merit.
UCEAP Guardian Scholars Fund
The UCEAP Guardian Scholars program supports former foster youth who are pursuing their dreams of study abroad with UCEAP. Unlike most college students, Guardian Scholars do not have families on whom they can rely for simple things that other students take for granted, like a place to store their belongings while abroad. UCEAP currently provides two $2,500 scholarship per year. Students are selected based on financial need and merit.
UCEAP Museum Access Fund
UCEAP is raising funds to supply UC students studying abroad with museum passes. Museum passes will give students the ability to experience local museums that they would not otherwise visit. UCEAP staff will arrange special group visits soon after students arrive to help foster relationships with the study center and other UC students. Each $60 donation will fund one museum pass for a UC student. "The students were very excited when we gave them the passes. One student held up her pass and said, This right here is my fall and winter in Berlin! The day we got the passes for them it was foggy and rainy, a perfect museum day. We visited the Old National Gallery on Berlin’s Museum Island. Another benefit of the pass, museums and exhibitions are wonderful to visit during the long Berlin winter, which is often a difficult time for our students used to California sunshine. The yearly pass helps students cope with the psychological strain of short and often gray days. They can get together with other students for museum visits, providing crucial social support and further group cohesion." - Tanja Jung, UCEAP Berlin Program Manager.
UCEAP Memorial Scholarship Fund

Contributions to this growing endowment provide scholarships to students with demonstrated financial need who participate in UCEAP study abroad programs. Currently, the fund is providing four scholarships annually, honoring students who study abroad in Africa, Asia, the Americas, and Spain.
